GET-IT is all about trainings: trainings of Entrepreneurs, trainings of TrainersÂ…and trainings of Master Trainers!
April saw such a training of Master Trainers held in Geneva! For four days, ten certified MAP and GET-IT trainers demonstrated their skills and knowledge of the curriculum and methodology in order to become Master Trainers. Those who will be certified as Master Trainers will be entitled to train other, future MAP and GET-IT trainers.
The week was as intensive as it was fun, with all the trainers delivering topics from the curricula, giving theory presentations, and participating in games, as you can see in the picture below.
The Master Training welcomed ten trainers from Bulgaria, Kenya, Malta, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Romania, Russia, South Africa, and Tunisia, for a four-day course held in English at HP Europe, Middle East and Africa headquarters in Geneva.
